Please allow me to introduce myself and tell you briefly about my organization. More importantly, I want to apprise you on how a sponsorship of our property could be mutually beneficial to us both. Also, I want to make you aware of how we as a property aim to exceed your marketing expectations. My name is Yolanda Nollie and I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Radio TV Entertainment Networking Event "Talent Search". From the inception, reality competition shows have captivated America. The public was, and still is clamoring for reality competition television. Shows like American Idol, The Voice, So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With The Stars, Last Comic Standing and America’s Next Top Model have dominated in television ratings. Shows like Survivor, Big Brother and The Amazing Race have also been ratings frontrunners. The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have not only helped people find love but they have created a new wave of reality celebrity. To that end, we are engaging in a similar completion show in sunny Florida. We are the Southeasternmost state within the US. It is known as THE fishing capital of the world. Having been ravished by hurricanes in recent months, Florida is the comeback state. Much like Texas and New Orleans we are resilient. This competition will breathe new life not only into the contestants but also into the live audience and online audiences respectively. We have a venue in Florida that seats 400 people. Once at capacity we will offer online viewing to our social media platform viewers which are inclusive of FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram and Periscope. We will also make the event available via YouTube. By streaming across all platforms, we have the potential to engage with over 1 Billion people on the weekend of the event. By sponsoring our event, your company will have a unique advantage of getting to test out new products and/or flavors live at the event. Sponsorship Letter 2 This will provide you with immediate feedback from our participants as well as our audience members and staff. We will have volunteers on hand to help you set up your station. Also, you will have a chance to be featured on our interview panel when we live stream interviews of contestants as well as audience members to get their feedback on the event. Your organization will have the opportunity to choose a sponsorship package or have one customized for you to fit your marketing objectives. You will receive free tickets to our event and we would love to provide you with all our promotional items upon your arrival. Your name and logo will appear on our banners, printed material and in our social media marketing plan as an event sponsor. We will also be thanking our sponsors on our livestream feed throughout the event via our social media broadcast. We will have a pre-event broadcast as well as a post event broadcast. We will interview the winner(s) and have your logo in the backdrop during the interviews. Our goal is to keep arts education in the community so that young people can develop their natural talents and abilities. It is our belief that a strong arts program is a creative outlet and helps them connect globally in the world. Where schools are cutting back and or eliminating programs dedicated to arts like music, art, theatre/drama, our community competition speaks to the winner in all of us. Aspiring talent contestants can showcase their ability at our event for recognition and prizes respectively. We will also be donating a portion of our proceeds to help families still recovering from the recent hurricane and will be donating to a non-profit: TNM Music Movement Love Inc which is a 501(c)(3) founded by Rayne McCloud Executive Director.
